Dear holiday home owner,
Marketing your holiday property on the Internet can be a bit of a minefield.

3. Many of the free listing sites out there are under-funded and lack the skills or resources to market your property effectively.
So I decided there had to be a 4th way to market holiday properties on the Internet at no cost to you, but giving an excellent marketing service. After all, isn't having as many paying guests as possible what we're trying to achieve?

Now, at this point I should explain that I am in the very fortunate position of owning and running a successful Internet Marketing Consultancy. This gives me two things that most people don't have:

If I charged, for example, £35 per year many people wouldn't join because that £35 simply isn't available from the ever stretched marketing budget. Equally, by the time I added payment facilities to the site, paid the banks fees, paid staff to administer the payments, prepared accounts etc. I am unlikely to cover my costs. It just wouldn't be financially worth it.
So making this site free for everyone seems the best way forward for us all.
