.We are pet friendly with a leash free beach just around the corner.h. There are several golf courses in the area, 2 cinemas, Mogo Zoo and a National Park at the end of the beach. Plenty of waterfront dining, many al fresco and with the Clyde River and the sea, all watersports and forms of fishing are catered for.

Features include a very efficient slow combustion fire, large spa and wood burning BBQ (plenty of wood supplied). There is a CD, TV/DVD/VCR, tape/radio, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a second bathroom and toilet in the annex outside. It is comfortably furnished and has a well equipped kitchen as well as toys, games, videos, books and toys for the beach. A picnic basket with a thermos and esky is provided. A cot and high chair is available on request at no charge. Linen is also available on request ($12.50pp) or bring your own.

We welcome most dogs on the condition that they are house trained, treated for fleas, are kept well groomed to minimise hair and sand in the cottage and are kept off the furniture, including the bean bags. The property is not fenced. A $10 fee and small bond per dog is required as they are allowed inside. The bondis fully refundable provided there is no damage or additional cleaning.

We have flexible arrival and departure times when vacancies allow and there is also excellent mobile phone reception.

The Beach House

Bedrooms:	Two bedrooms have a queen bed, the third has a bunk bed, a single and a trundle.
Sleeping capacity:	8
Bathrooms:	There is a separate toilet and bathroom with a large spa within the cottage and an additional shower/toilet accessible from outside - handy for barbeques or off the beach.
Kitchen:	Extremely well equipped with enough cutlery and crockery to fill the dishwasher. Microwave, woks, sandwich maker, deep fryer, family size fridge, 4 slice toaster, electric frypan, mixmaster and a cupboard full of toys, games and books. The dining suite seats 8 people.
Living Rooms:	Combustion fire TV, DVD/VCR, CD/radio, comfortable 5 seater lounge with extra bean bags for the children. There is also a large video library for the children.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	All pillows and blankets/doonas are supplied and sheets and towels are available for hire @ $12.50 per person.
Utility room:	The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Other:	Under the house you will find boogie boards, beach lounges and chairs and heaps of other beach toys for the children.

Notes on accommodation:
Perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday. The beach is literally in the back yard, is 1k long and being in the bay, is not too rough but perfect for fishing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing etc.

Moruya is the closest airport (30 mins and hire cars are available). There is a major airport in Canberra (1.5 hours).

Changeover day
No set days except at peak times when it is a Saturday.

Beach
At your back door. Patrolled surf beaches are further south as we are located within the bay itself.

Golf
The gold course at Cataline is about 8 kms away and there are several more in the local area.

Fishing
Charter services and boat hire are available. If you have your own boat, 2 boat ramps are only 2kms away. We aware that we now have the Batemans Marine Park so you should check where you are allowed to fish. Licenses required.

Scuba Diving
Miles of coastline should cater for this activity.

Ski
This is possible off the beach in calmer weather and there is the Clyde River itself. Jetskis are permitted in certain areas.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheel chairs but a shower chair and commode can be provided free of charge if required.

Outside
A wood burning BBQ with plenty of wood is at the bottom of the back stairs. The large front and back decks both have outdoor furniture and the back lawn runs onto the beach. The property is not fenced. There is dry storage for the wood.
