Isolated from the tourist crowds, just a few kilometers from the tourist centers, lies the fishing village Vinkuran, part of the famous Medulin Riviera. It is very close to the cultural town of Pula, not far from others touristic destinations like Rovinj, Poreč or Motovun in Istria.
Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings. The view is splendid: white-topped mountains, lush wheat fields, plateaux, valleys, vineyards and olive groves on hillsides, and, finally the sea. As you get to know Istria you will notice more and more enchanting details: church facades and portals, tiny village alleyways with their specific architectural touches, the babble of a stream, the blossoming cherries. Everything is warm–hearted and friendly here: nature, towns and people.

Our house is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean nature and its specific location makes it the right place where you can relax and have a rest. Those who are fond of nature can also enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area and discover the variety of endemic plants growing in this part of Istria only. Many of you can experience the sounds of tireless birds twittering and singing in the mornings, or can hear the pleasant calls of some animals coming from the nearby wood in the evenings.
We are glad to offer you an accommodation in our apartments and are willing to make your holiday a dynamic, fun and carefree one. We are therefore always at your service, during the whole year.
The sea is 300 m and the beach 1 km Rfar from our apartments. There are many, different rocky, pebbly and sandy shores in the surrounding area, and a park of nature protected by Unesco, rt Kamenjak. Sport (tennis, golf, diving, surfing, sailing, climbing, riding, paintball, wellness and thermal farms) and entertainment (bars, pubs, discos, restaurants, slow foods, wine streets, open-air dancing floors and cinema, theatre, traditional festivals and shows) centres are all nearby.
Besides, together with a comfortable accommodation we have other facilities such as the barbecue in our garden, breakfast (5€/pers/day) and half board (20€/pers/day) possibility, the mountain bike rental (5€/day), a safe parking place and, last but not least, our hospitality and the joyful atmosphere of our family.
With the free Internet access you can check your e-mails and look for the city events and manifestations, or see the weather forcast.

Notes on price:
The above mentioned prices include tourist taxes (registration fee and fee of daily stay), sheets and towels (changed weekly) and the final cleaning-up of the apartment. During the high season (05.07. – 29.08.2008.) the check in/out is on Saturdays, while in the other periods it isn\\\'t fixed to a specific day. A one-night stay price is increased for 50%, a two-nights stay for 25% and the third night price is normal, like indicated. Special offer: A2+2, 6 days for 200€ from June 3th - 9th

Travel
The best is to get directly at the Pula airport, and from there reach the sistemation by renting a car or according with the proprety owner to get you.
The second solution is flying to the nearby airports of Trieste - Ronchi dei Legionari (Italy, 150km far), Ljubljana (Slovenia, 200km), Zagreb (Croatia, 255km) or Venezia - Marco Polo (Italy, 270km); and then get to Pula with a rented car.
Anyway, car hire is highly recommended.

Usually 30% of total cost is requested to be payed in advance on the bank account like a deposit for booking the sistemation in the enstablished period.
