A cycle route links Villa Carinthia with Porec and the coast. The well-marked bike paths make cycling an excellent way to experience the gently rolling countryside.

Beach
Beautiful beaches are located in small coves along the coast within a 10 minute drive. Many are rocky with swimming platforms that extend out into the sea. Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna, as well as Marinas at Vrsar and Funtana.

The villa has a large patio featuring a private 8m x 4m swimming pool. Outdoor patio furniture and sun beds are provided together with a barbecue. The property occupies a quiet and secluded position yet is only a short drive from the coast and other attractions.
