The airport is about 30-40 minutes on the motorway from the villa which is very easy to find. You can book car hire prior to departure or on arrival or book a taxi at the airport. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK.

Everything is within walking distance of the villa. Car hire not essential, but there is a lot to see if you do have one. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK.

Cyprus has a perfect climate, blue sky and sunshine 360 days of the year, the summers are long and hot and even the winters are very mild. The Cypriot people are welcoming, amongst the friendliest you will find anywhere and many of them speak English. The whole island is very accessible by car and has lots to see and do. Cyprus has a fascinating history and rich cultural heritage and there are many historical sites located all around the island. Cyprus is a fabulous place to explore and hiring a car to take in the sights is highly recommended.
Booking notes
You will be required to pay a 25% (non-refundable) deposit. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £200 security deposit cheque (refundable – subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys).
Golf
Golf in Southern Cyprus can be played all year round and course fees are among the cheapest in Europe. There are many golf courses located on the island. One is located in Larnaca (40 mins drive) and another is proposed for the future just outside of Protaras.
Beach
Pernera is just a short walk from the villa, here you will find plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants or you can visit one of three beaches all with safe bathing and water sports. Protaras is within walking distance, it is a seaside resort with some of Cyprus’s most beautiful beaches and is a good choice for families and couples with lots of entertainment and a good selection of restaurants, bars and Tavernas. Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive away and is always full of life with plenty to see and do.
Ski
The Troodos Mountains form a bulky mass across the island's center, rising almost 6,400 feet in places. .. high enough for snow. It's often deep enough for skiing from December through until March. There are 4 ski lifts leading to numerous runs, ranging from beginners to advanced, ski school is also available for the novice.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible for wheelchairs, pushchairs and prams.

Large private 7m x 3.5m pool with terraced area & outside shower, includes stone BBQ, patio table & chairs with umbrella and sunloungers .
