Bedrooms:	The villa has a master bedroom (king size bed) and full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom (double bed) boasts an ensuite shower/wc and bedroom three has twin beds with an adjacent Bathroom. All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.

Living Rooms:	In addition to satellite TV, DVD player and extensive film library we also provide a Playstation 2 games console and a selection of games.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	All bed linen and towels are provided including towels for use around the pool. We do ask that the towels from the villa are not taken to the beach. Towels and linen are changes on a weekly basis.
Sleeping capacity:	The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people

Notes on accommodation:
The villa has airconditioning in all rooms and gas central heating (only needed for the very short winter season)!

Travel
The villa is 25 minutes drive from Ercan airport. You can fly to Ercan in Northern Cyprus on either KTHY Cyprus Turkish Airlines or Turkish Airlines from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow. Alternatively you can fly into Larnaca in South Cyprus which is a 90 minute taxi ride from the villa. Taxis from Larnaca can be arranged at a cost of £40 each way. Discounted car hire in North Cyprus can also be arranged.

Booking notes
A £100 security deposit is for all bookings. Payemnt must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental.

Changeover day is felxible.

Golf course approximately 30 mins drive away.

Fishing
Sea fishing available.

Scuba Diving
Scuba Diving available 10 mins drive.

Lots of unspoilt beaches close to the villa.

The private illuminated swimming pool is 9.5m x 4m. The mature gardens and stunning views provide a most tranquil setting. There is a brick built bar b que and quality teak dining furniture by the pool which are perfect fro al fresco dining.
