Northern Cyprus is one of the last unspoilt jewels in the Med and is worth visiting at any time of year. During July and August it can be very hot. Spring erupts in a blaze of flowers in mid-February, and it is still possible to sunbathe and swin in the sea up to the end of November. There is plenty of flora and fauna to see, walkers will enjoy the many walks available.
For history lovers, there are many historical sites to explore and there is plenty to see from magical castles and Roman mosaics, to monasteries and churches. There are plenty of beaches ranging from those with a variety of water sports available to the wild and deserted. The waters are crytsal clear.
Booking notes
Rental prices are based on 6 persons. Additional people can be accommodated, please contact me for details.
£100 deposit of total is required to confirm the booking, paid by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Full balance required 8 weeks before departure, together with an additional refundable damage deposit of £100.
Cancellation charges: if a client needs to cancel we will endeavor to re-let the villa, if this is possible a refund will be given, otherwise no refund wil be given. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
Internet charge £20 per booking.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, min booking is 1 week but any number of extra nights can be added.
Arrival/departure times can be flexible depending on arrival/departure of previous/new guests.

The pool is surrounded by generous patio areas with room for sun loungers, umbrellas etc, there is a pergola with shding provided with a further table & chairs beside the BBQ area. The garden is terraced on several flat levels and is well stocked with many flowering plants.
