Taxi's available from the airport but can be quite expensive.
Distances
The popular resort of Coral Bay with its well-known sandy beach is approximately 15 kilometres away and the traditional town of Polis and the small seaside resort of Latchi are only 18 kilometres away. Its surrounding countryside is perfect for walking, bird watching, photography and many other leisure pursuits. Kathikas is close to the sea, beaches, mountains and forests, yet it is also convenient to the tourist resorts of Paphos with all its modern facilities.

The warmth and rich hospitality you will find here are as sincere and old as Cyprus itself. This is a corner of Cyprus as yet untouched by mass commercial development. Whether your shopping in the local bakery or enjoying a Cyprus coffee at one of Kathikas' 'Kafeneon's' you may well be surprised at the locals interest shown in visitors from cooler climes. Local places of interest include an Ethic Museum and Donkey Farm where children can take a donkey ride. In or around Kathikas village you will find five restaurants (One within walking distance of Villa Maria), a bank and a grocery supermarket and Cafe Bar showing all the sports.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of 100euros id required with the final payment... this will be returned on departure of the villa provided no damages are to be found.

The property has a large garden area to play in and relax.
Outside, the large 10m x 5m pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, poolside shower, Table and Chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool area is completely private and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and Troodos Mountains.
