Gwen and Matthew Needham welcome you to stay in one of their outstanding period country cottages providing self catering accommodation in a beautiful rural location close to the sea. Situated in the South Hams area of Devon, between Salcombe and Dartmouth, just outside the village of Stokenham, close to Kingsbridge in an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wealth of excellent pubs and fine restaurants.

Old Cotmore Farm has a history dating back to the 16th century and stands in it's own grounds of 22 acres which include the owners barn and a small touring caravan park.

Travel
From Kingsbridge take the A379 Dartmouth Road passing through Frogmore and Chillington until you reach the Carehouse Cross mini-roundabout at Stokenham. Turn right towards Beesands and the farm is a little over a mile - down a drive on the right.

Further details
The nearby beaches welcome dogs all year round. Hall Sands, Slapton Sands, Mill Bay (opposite Salcombe) and Beesands which is the closest being just over a mile away. The costal path and many footpaths and green lanes are on the doorstep. Most of the pubs in the locality welcome dogs. Dog friendly pubs The Cricket at Beesands. The Pigs Nose at East Prawle, The Green Dragon at Stoke Fleming.

Booking notes
The deposit shall be 25% of the holiday price. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Once the booking has been confirmed the Guest will be responsible for payment of the balance of the holday price. We therefore recommend you to arrange holiday cancellation insurance. No refunds will be made irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
