Our houses can sleep from 2 to 10 people in comfort, As we are located within the grounds of Longhirst Hall we can provide a half board option or B&B. Within our Park we have a games room and childrens play area. Our guests can also use all of the facilities at Longhirst Hall which include a Restaurant, 2 Bars and a fitness room.

We are situated next to Longhirst golf course which has 2 18 hole courses one of which is a championship standard course, also available are cricket and 5-a-side football, plese note extra charges are required for these facilities.

Travel
We are located only 25 minutes from Newcastle international airport and only 5 minutes from Morpeth train station which is accessible from Newcastle central station. Only 5-10 minutes from the A1 we are easily accesible from the North and South.

Distances
We are located only 2=5 minutes from Morpeth which is a lovely town with things going on all the time, there are shops a good night life for those that want to have a meal. Morpeth also boasts a Childrens park which is on the banks of the Wansbeck river.

Booking notes
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am, outside of 10 weeks a 10% deposit is needed to hold the booking after 10 weeks full payment is required. Call the Park direct to find out about discounts and special offers. Groups can get up to 25% discount depending on size and length of stay.

Changeover day
Normal change over day's are Friday and Monday however we are flexible with this.

Golf
located on the grounds of Longhirst Hall is access to Longhirst golf courses, they have 2 full 18 hole courses called The Dawson and The Lakes. With in 5 miles there is also Morpeth Golf course and Gubeon which is a 9 hole par 3 course.

Scuba Diving
The Northumberland coast line is highly regarded as a fantastic dive area, from Holy island to the wrecks located just off shore, we are perfect for Diving groups as we have a large car park which is excelent for bringing a boat along with you, as well as large storage area's for any equiptment that needs to be stored.

Beach
We are only 10 minutes away from Druridge Bay which is a fantastic beach for all to enjoy.

Accessibility
We have other houses available in the same location which are accesible, these include larger wet rooms downstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchens have been adapted to allow more access with a wheel chair including lowered benches and hob not over the oven.

Outside
Located in 75 acres of woodland grounds there is ample opportunity for walks in the grounds. we have a large playing field which has a childrens play area on it. We also have a games room which has a pool table and air hockey, there is no extra charge for any of these.
