Situated in a peaceful and secluded environment, the bungalows have shared landscaped frontage with vehicle parking, each has a private rear garden looking over the bay, the West Somerset Railway and towards the Quantock Hills.
Primrose Hill has been awarded 4 Star grading by Visit Britain and is a member of the Exmoor Tourist Association.
ASH BUNGALOW
Ash has 3 bedrooms. The double room is a good size, the twin has an adjustable electric bed and a wash hand basin and the bunk room has full sized beds. The lounge is comfortable with a door onto the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious. Ash is suitable for disabled guests. National Accessible Scheme Mobility I. (Slight slope up to front door).
OAK BUNGALOW
Oak has two bedrooms aand a sofa bed in the lounge. The double room is spacious and the bunk room has full size beds. The lounge is large with a door onto the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious. Oak is suitable for disabled guests. National Accessible Scheme Mobility 3.
BEECH BUNGALOW
Beech has two bedrooms. The roomy twin has large single beds and the bunk room has full size beds. The lounge is comfortable with a door onto the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious. Beech is suitable for disabled guests. National Accessible Scheme Mobility 3.
ELM BUNGALOW
Elm has three bedrooms, double, twin, and a bunkroom with full sized beds. The lounge has a door onto a sunny patio and side access to the garden. Elm is popular with families as the bedrooms are off the hall making them quieter for little people to sleep in!
Elm has level access and wide doors but the room layout makes it less suitable for wheelchair users.
All are equipped to a high standard and have been recently redecorated and refurbished.
We welcome disabled guests. All the bungalows have level wheelchair access with wheelchair friendly bathrooms.
Primrose Hill has been accessed under the National Accessible Scheme and has been awarded Mobility Level M3 (Oak and Beech Bungalow) and Mobility Level M1 (Ash Bungalow)
Heating, electricity, bath towels and bed linen are inclusive.
A complimentary welcome pack including milk is provided as well as washing-up and other cleaning materials.
In consideration of the majority of our guests smoking is not allowed in any of the bungalows.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge. Please bring suitable bedding for your dog.
The private gardens each have a patio table, chairs and parasol with a BBQ for your use.
A cot, highchair and baby bath are available on request (please bring your own cot linen)
The games room is equipped with a pool table, darts and table tennis and a selection of beach games as well as books for both adults and children.
There is a shared laundry room with an outside drying area and an iron and ironing board in each bungalow.
The seaside town of Minehead and the medieval village of Dunster are easily accessible and offer a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Exmoor National Park with its dramatic scenery provides activities to suit all interests and ages. Riding, Golf, deep-sea angling and bike hire are all available locally.
The beach at Blue Anchor Bay is 10 minutes walk away with free car parking, tearoom, cafe and indoor swimming pool.
Primrose Hill is ideally situated for day trips to the dramatic North Devon Coastline with its surfing beaches at Croyde Bay and Woolacombe and picturesque Lynton and Lynmouth.
