Close by is the Cité de la Mer, which is a fascinating and extensive museum highlighting underwater exploration and includes the "Redoutable", a former submarine of the French Navy, now a museum and the largest submarine in the world open to the public. Ferry port Cherbourg 10km. The cottage is set in a peaceful and picturesque setting, ideal for walkers. Grounds are open for guests use and include outdoor garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 2 vehicles. Grounds are shared with the owners who also live onsite in adjoining building. Living room with 3-seater sofa. TV.
