Booking form and payment details can be emailed/faxed or posted.
On return of booking form, a deposit of 50% rental fee is required to secure the property. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Full balance required 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable security deposit required - refunded after circa 10 days minus any deductions for damages/extra cleaning requirements.

Golf nearby - our keyholder is keen golfer, so can advise.
Slightly further afield, Carcassonne has a very good course.
Beach
Beautiful golden sandy mediterranean beaches only 10 mins drive (8km).
'La Franqui beach' with boardwalk full of restaurants, gently shelving sea bed, salt lake (étang) for catching crabs.
'Leucate' - long golden sands, mountains in the distance
Numerous beaches all down the coast to choose from!
Kite surfing, windsurfing and all water sports abound.
'Port Leucate' for sailing, boat hire etc.
Ski
Under two hours to visit Spain or the numerous mountain ski resorts such as Les Angles and Font Romeau. Slightly further to Andorra.
Great skiing, accessible for a day trip - or plenty of local places to stay in resort overnight.
Wine Tasting
FITOU is an ancient world renowned wine village. It boasts it's own mediaeval chateau, with amazing views from the terrace bar over the mediterranian, where you can buy/sample local wine. The village is also full of wine caves - so if you enjoy wine tasting (Fitou & Muscat at it's finest), you only need to totter from the front door of Les Hirondelles. Surrounded by vineyards, village life flows around the wine festivals and celebrations, of which there are plenty.
Accessibility
Inside the villa, there are no internal stairs, with everything on one level.
Small step out to shaded dining terrace. Few steps down to large, flat pool terrace.
Outside
Outside, the covered terrace by the pool is perfect for eating al fresco with views to the hills. Around the pool are comfortable sunbeds and low tables - a real sun trap. There is also a large 'Hot Spot' barbeque and a second shaded terrace with table and chairs. Folding Table Tennis table on shaded terrace.
Beautiful pool (8m) with pool terrace boasting all day sunshine.
The driveway is entered by secure electric gates (which can also be operated remotely from inside the house) and there is a covered parking area for two cars.
