CARCASSONNE Airport - 70kms (1 hour and 15 minutes drive to our door). The route from the airport to the house takes you over the beautiful Black mountains.
TOULOUSE Airport - 100kms (1 hour 20 minutes drive to our door).
PERPIGNAN Airport - 200kms (2 hours 30 minutes)
RODEZ Airport - 120kms (2 hours 15 minutes)
MONTPELLIER Airport - 195kms (2 hours 30 minutes)

Village of Boissezon - 5kms (5 minutes drive). Boissezon has Restaurant & pharmacy.
Town of Brassac - 15kms (15 minutes drive). Brassac has Hotel, restaurants, Bistro, Shops, supermarket, butcher and baker, banks and post office. It has a beautiful old historic bridge dating from the 12th century.
CASTRES & MAZAMET - 20kms (20 minutes drive). Both these beautiful towns have everything you need for a lovely holiday, markets, great shopping, restaurants and bars, theatre and museums, cathedral, parks and leisure activities.

25% booking deposit required to confirm every booking.
The balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival date.
A damage deposit of 250€ is required which is refunded on day of departure once everything is in order.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
Golf
"La Barouge" Golf De Mazamet - 18 hole golf course with stunning views of the Black Mountains is only 20 minutes drive from the house. La Barouge stretches 5635m over 54ha. A traditional club, with 18 holes which present variety and quality golfing.
The course is open everyday. The Club house Bar and Restaurant is open everyday except Tuesday and serve traditional cuisine. Evening meals are available on demand. The Pro-shop is also open everyday except Tuesday.
The golf club provides pro-lessons available at hourly, individual or group rates.
Fishing
Our community is situated in Tarn's top grade fishing area. The local river Durenque is only metres from the house, and the larger Agout river is less than 15 minutes drive.
Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of the mediterranean are under an hour and half drive. This part of the coast line is between the ancient historical cities of Beziers and Narbonne.
Ski
We are under 3 hours drive to the skiing resorts of the Pyrenees, with world class resorts such as Font Romeu.
Wine Tasting
First vines were planted in Gaillac during the roman time. The vineyard of Gaillac was one of the first growing centres in Gaul. The 3 different areas and the age of the vineyards enable Gaillac to offer numerous traditional grape varieties. The diversity of the Gaillac vineyards means that they can produce a great variety of elaborate wines, a wide range of dry, sweet and "perlé"( very slightly sparkling white) white wines, red and rosé wines as well as sparkling wines.
