The beaches and cliffs of upper Normandy are a 15 minute walk. More of the same can be found in the neighbouring villages by car. The countryside abounds with chateaux and farms selling cider, cheese and other interesting products. The regions' restaurants are, of course, renown for quality and good value.

This is not your typical French holiday home, this red brick, 100 plus years old, ex-fisherman's cottage has 2 bedrooms. Though the rooms are smallish (all are approx 3x4m), the ceilings are high. The outside features a small courtyard with barbecue and seating, with a small 2-storey outhouse.

Bedrooms:	1st floor (twin) bedroom. 2 nearly-new single beds with chest of drawers and wardrobe. 2nd floor bedroom. New double bed. Chest of drawers and hanging space.
Bathrooms:	Bathroom on 1st floor. Sink, bath with shower attachment. Separate toilet.
Kitchen:	Gas hob. Electric oven. Fridge. Microwave
Living Rooms:	Sitting room. Wood-burning fireplace Tv with DVD/video/CD player. (but receives French Tv only) 2 small two-seater sofas. 1 whicker chair. Coffee table
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Fresh towels and bed-linen are included in the price.
Utility room:	Washing machine and tumble drier. Iron and ironing board.
Sleeping capacity:	There are 3 bedrooms, but six people in a small house would be too many. By arrangement, we can accommodate 6 but we don't recommend it.

Notes on accommodation:
Heating is by electric radiators. All inclusive in the price.

Travel
Calais is a 2.5 hour drive.As it's in a town, public services (bus and train) can be used. (connections with all of France)
A car is not necessary for shopping etc.

Distances
Le Havre is 25 miles from Fécamp. Paris is 200+ miles.

Further details
Supermarkets, banks and all shops are a 5 minute walk away.
Some restaurants are found in the town centre. Many others surround the port area.

Booking notes
Please email first. If the booking is acceptable, a £100 security deposit (returnable if no damage) is required immediately. The rental fee needs to be paid 3 weeks (approx) before your holiday.
By return you will receive a key, directions and other instructions.

Changeover day
We prefer Saturday changeovers, though this is flexible.
Arrivals are only after 2pm and departure by noon, though again this may be varied depending upon other bookings.

Golf
Etretat golf couse is about 8 miles away.

Beach
The beach, which has some sand but is mostly small pebbles, is a 20 minute walk from the property.

Accessibility
Not suitable for those who can't climb steep stairs.

Outside
The small courtyard/patio. Outdoor table and 4 chairs. Barbecue.
