Follow A84 (N175) to Jct33 (St Hilaire du Harcouët) leave at Jct 33 onto A176 towards St Hilaire. Go through Ducey on A176, the main road through this little town winds right (around a roundabout) and then to the left.
Via le Pont de Biards
After Ducey follow the A176 direction St Hilaire. After about 8km you will come to a roundabout signed Pont de Biards and St Martin de Landelles. Follow this country road through Les Biards, over the 2 bridges of the Ponts des Biards and then follow signs which will take you straight into St. Martin Village.
In the village you need to turn left onto the D30 towards St Hilaire. After about 1.5 km you will come to a left hand turn which is the D185 for the Pont de la Republique. It is not easy to spot but there is a garage on your left about 300m before this junction.
Follow the lane down the hill (about a kilometre) and La Cahudière is on the right. There is a metal cattle pen by the entrance. (if you get to the bridge – The Pont de la Republique you have gone about a kilometre too far).
Drive down the La Cahudière lane round to the front of the house. Someone will be there to meet you.
Changeover day
The prices for the farmhouse are per week. Our normal booking period is Saturday to Saturday. Depending on season the change over day can be flexible. Please note that our outdoor pool would normally be open from the end of May
We are open all year.
Fishing
Fishing is available in walking distance in the Selune Lake.
Beach
The Cherbourg peninsula has some of the nicest beaches such as; Bec D’Andaine, Genets, St. Jean le Thomas, Carolles & Jullouville
All these provide sandy beaches. Many have facilities for eating and drinking. Views across the Bay of Mt St Michel and the Mount itself. There are free car parks Horse & Pony riding is available or for the daring, a guided tour across the sand flats.
Alternatively, having taken the second left turn towards Jullouville you can follow the signs for the route of the bay and discover the coastline yourself. Places of interest might be: Le Grouin du Sud, St Leonard and Le Grand Port.
If you head further west you will discover more beaches as you head towards Cancale and St Malo. Look out for Port St Mer – a beautiful cove with some good restaurants and activities for children during the summer. About an one hour drive along the cost from La Cahudiére.

Outside
The farmhouse has a private furnished patio at rear with table and chairs to accomodate 16 people, sunloungers and a BBQ facility. It also has a log store for winter lets. All guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and land around the house.
Our open air heated swimming pool is 7m x 3.5m and is surrounded by an attractive decked area so that you can sun bathe and keep cool all day long.
The pool has been built to all appropriate French safety standards and is registered as such.
