Boulevard Leader starts at the seafront to the parkland in which Cannes Grand Parc is set. Great for leisurely walks which can be taken through the national park and within minutes you will reach fantastic panoramic views of the med. Mandelieu golf course is only 3km away. Easily accessible to a number of beauty spots and places of interest. A great base for touring the surrounding area being close to Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Nice and Menton. There is a small shopping centre nearby with all local amenities - bakers, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers, bar and restaurant. Cannes town centre is only 5 minutes by car, where you can spend time shopping in the famous luxury boutiques on the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. Nice International Airport is 30 minutes by car.

The building is situated on the highest part of this new development with views of mountains, natural forest and the Alps. The property has two bedrooms, both lead out onto a spacious balcony, which has a dining table and chairs, great for morning coffee in the sun. Open plan kitchen/living area allowing lots of natural light leading onto another spacious balcony which has the afternoon and evening sun. This balcony also has table and chairs for dining and two relaxing chairs to sunbathe. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including American fridge freezer with ice machine. The comfortable living area is furnished with 2 sofas (one of which is a pull out sofa bed), LCD TV, DVD and satellite. The property has secure underground parking providing access to the apartment using the lifts, and manned security.

All cancellations must be notified in writing with the following cancellation charges:- more than 10 weeks before departure - deposit forfeited, between 0 and 10 weeks before departure - full payment forfeited. There is a 200 euro security deposit, refunded on return.
