The villa is in Grasse on the Cote d'Azur and has spectacular panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes. We are just 30 minutes from Nice Cote d'Azur airport and within easy reach of Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Monaco, Nice, etc. The villa has 8 provencal bedrooms, 2 living rooms, one with satellite TV, a large collection of videos and DVDs, piano and X-Box. The other living room is a library with guide books, maps and novels. When the villa is run as a bed and breakfast (from September to May), breakfast is either served out on the vast terrace where guests can enjoy the beautiful views over the old town and the sea or in the large kitchen/dining room with large open fireplace. The town of Grasse is just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Grasse is known as the world capital of perfume and there are 3 well-known perfumeries which can be visited - you can even create your own perfume. During the summer months, usually from June to September, the villa is rented as a whole, week by week, sleeping a maximum of 16 people. However, the villa is available to rent at any time of year.
