The Peloponnese region
Peloponnese is the geographical department that displays a large number of historical sights, a rich partition of coasts, a hinterland with beautiful nature, villages with a remarkable architecture, developed cities and a high touristic infrastructure.
The national way Athens - Tripoli, has simplified the access to the heart of Peloponnese, Arcadia, and the transport is fast by comparison with other regions of the country.
The characteristic of Peloponnese is the multiformity.
Stone villages perched on rocks or in woods with planes, chestnuts and conifers as in Arcadia, cosmopolitan resorts in Argolida, Korinthia, Achaea, immense beaches in Ilia, towers in Mani, fertile plains in Argolida, Messinia and Ilia.
Ancient temples as Ireon in Argolida, historical monasteries in Mystras, Ayia Lavra in Kalavrita, ancient theatres as Epidaurus, castles as Akronafplia, Palamidi, Bourtzi and Akrokorinthos are only some of the monuments and sights that you are going to meet perambulating Peloponnese.
Peloponnese is one of the most historical areas in Greece.
In Peloponnese broke out the Greek Revolution in 1821, in Argolida began the flourished the Mycenean civilization, in Lakonia was created one of the two "superpowers" of ancient Greece: Sparti and the Byzantine seigniory of Mystras. Arcadia is the birthplace of Orpheus and Kolokotronis, in Ilia flourished the Olympic spirit, to the mountainous Korinthia, Heracles confronted the Lion of Nemea and this list has no end.

Ermioni area
Ermioni is a picturesque and traditional village that sits on an outcrop facing the island of Hydra, on the eastern coast of Peloponnese. It is an ideal all year round location, only a short drive from the many historical sites including Nafplio (80 km), Epidavros (50 km), Mycenae (90 km), Tiryns (85 km) and the Saronic islands of Hydra and Spetses.
Ermioni offers an ideal vacation, combining harmony of an island type atmosphere with a variety of entertainment and amenities.
Mandrakia, is the liveliest area of the city since there are many cosy restaurants and cafeterias by the sea.
On the hillside of Krothi you will find the wonderful church of St. Gerasimos as well as an old windmill renovated into a cafeteria, where all visitors would appreciate the breathtaking view of Ermioni.
Last but not least is the monastery of St. Anargyroi, where there are woodcuts and a library of rare manuscripts.

In addition, a bathroom with a shower/sauna cabin and a cosy sitting-room are at your disposal for some moments of relaxation. A modern and wonderfully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining-table made of glass awaits you to dine looking at the brilliantly lit up pool. A spacious, wooden attic with a twin bedroom and a WC completes the interior of the house.
The villa has plenty of outdoor areas ideal for dining, sunbathing, reading or snoozing. In the surrounding areas you will find traditional made stone-walk-paths that lead to the outdoor BBQ with its traditional oven, where you could enjoy your breakfast, from local fresh products. You could also enjoy a moment of relaxation at our heated pool by the pool bar, listening to the sounds of your favorite music.

- Kilada (13 km):
Small fishing village 3 km from Kranidi. You’ll find fish tavernas, fish market, small ship yard and the cave of Frahthi.
- Kosta’s small harbour (15 km):
Tavernas, banks, transportation to Spetses by ferry-boat and water taxis (approximately 5 minutes).
- Epidavros (50 km):
Beautiful small town with a music festival in July (ancient theatre).
- Ancient theatre of Epidavros (63 km):
The most interesting archeological site of the area with theatrical festivals in July and August.
- Nafplio (80 km):
The fortress Palamidi (is accessible via a walkway of 999 steps and offers great views of the town) and the island fortress of Bourtzi are two of the sites worth visiting in Nafplio.
- Saronic Islands:
Hydra is 20 minutes by sea from Ermioni harbour. It is an island that is steeped in a proud seafaring tradition.
Poros is 1 hour by sea from Ermioni harbour and is a beautiful island, with neoclassical and Venetian architecture.
Spetses is 10 minutes by sea from Kosta. It has many small bays and various archaeological sites to visit. Excellent night life.

- The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.
- 30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.
- Later cancellations non refundable.
Remarks:
- The security deposit is required to be paid along with the balance payment 30 days before arrival.
- The security deposit is fully refundable in cash, less any damages might be done to the property, at the end of the stay.
