Descriptions: Villa La Favola is located near the famous beach of Maronti, and the renowned water spring of Nitrodi. La Favola is situated at 130 meters above sea level. It is a cheerful villa, overlooking tall, deep green pine trees. It is quiet and peaceful, has unique view over the Gulf of Naples, close to supermarkets, restaurants, tennis court, and public parking.
La Favola consists of a large living room with a fire place and double sofa bed, a large kitchen with a gas range elrctric oven and fridge and all the necessary tools for cooking. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms ( one with bath and the other with shower). The villa also has an independent heating system.
One of the most important assets of the villa is the panoramic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is furnished with blank line sun beds and nice garden table with parasol and chairs to enjoy open air meals.
Island of ISCHIA in a nutshell: You can reach Ischia from Naples either by ferry boat ( in 90 minutes), or by Hydrofoil ( 30 minutes). Ischia, also called "the green island", is the largest of the three islands of the Gulf of Naples, and is one of the most atractive and most visited resorts of Southern Italy. The Island of Ischia is internationally renowned, not only for its natural beauty and its clear sea waters, but also because of the volcanic origin of the Island which makes it one of the major Thermal Treatment Centers in Europe. When in Ischia, be sure not to miss the Aragonese Castle, the peaceful village of Sant'Angelo, the Beach of Maronti, and the Thermal Park of Poseidon, as well as the Tourist Port, bulging with private yachts coming from all over Europe and Mediterranean countries.
At the end of the day, after hours of swimming in the warm Mediterranean waters, and long hours spent sunbathing, you can either decide dine on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic view, or choose to dine at one of the many restaurants of the island, and enjoy day-fresh sea food and the exquisite Italian cuisine, and taste one of the round body wines that Italy is famous for.

We rent La Favola Suite per week and the price include all the consumption of gas-electricity and water, extra is the final cleaning Euro 80,00 and bed and bath linen Euro 8,00 per person.
