The house stands in the medieval heart of a historic town, next to a renovated 16 century church. Montalto has a cathedral, several shops, bars and restaurants, museums , and a real town atmosphere. Furthermore, you are only 25 minutes from the Adriatic coast and foothills of the Sibillini mountains.

The house is on 2 floors on a traffic-free road right in the heart of this medieval hill top town in southern Le Marche. It is c. 100 square metres in size and provides clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location for exploring both the coast and the mountains of this beautiful region. Its position at the upper end of the historic town centre means that your balcony and your main bedroom command spectacular countryside views with the sea in the distance. You are close to all the amenities and only 30 minutes from the Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountain National park. The house has recently been renovated and redecorated. It also has new furniture and a new bathroom with bath/shower over.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Bath/hand towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly. Property is cleaned weekly. Beach towels are not provided

Accessibility
The house and the cobbled streets are not adapted for wheelchair users. Free Parking is available within 20 metres of the house on the Town Hall square, or free shaded parking c. five minutes walk away. There is a "Meet and Greet" service when you arrive in Montalto. Just park in the Cathedral square and phone!
