Monte Bove Farm is divided into three comfortable self-catering farmhouse apartments. They are available to let throughout the year with a pool for the summer months and central heating with wood burning stove for the winter. The location provides an ideal base for exploring the region. The whole area is contained in a wildlife reserve with birds and a variety of other animals to see and walks to enjoy. There are superb views of typical regional farmland with long views to the mountains.

Full kitchenware, chinaware and cooking equipment. The kitchen leads out to a balcony with table and chairs for eating al fresco or just a morning coffee.
Living Rooms:	The lounge has 2 sofa beds an easy chair, TV, Video, DVD player and terrestrial digital decoder. There are a selection of DVDs and videos there for your use, also a small library of books in English. For snug winter nights there is a wood burning stove and gas central heating.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	All linen is supplied with the exception of beach towels
Sleeping capacity:	2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom

By Car
Monte Bove is located between Ancona and Pescara, 15 minutes drive inland from Grottammare. It's easy to find being just a 10 minute drive from the autostrada system. The sea is a mere 12-15 minutes by car, the mountains 30 mins.
By Air
Nearest airports are: Ancona - 50 mins drive; Pescara - 50 mins; Perugia - 1hr 45mins; Rimini - 1hr 45mins; Bologna-Flori - 2 hr 15min; Rome Ciampino - 2hrs 40mins
Alitalia serves both Ancona and Rimini from their hubs in either Milan or Rome. Ryanair have direct flights to Ancona, Pescara and Rome, whilst Easyjet has flights to Rome.
By Rail
The nearest train station is at San Benedetto Delle Tronto which is a 20mins drive (Avis / Hertz hire car available here or taxi). It is possible to catch trains from Pescara, Ancona and Bologna-Flori to this destination.
