The 360 degree views from the house are amazing with distant sea views of the Adriatic to the east and the magnificent Sibillini mountains to the west. Le Marche is a fabulously beautiful place, whatever the weather.
Casa Lola close to medieval Sarnarno and Amandola - (both have midweek markets), and the city of Ascoli Piceno is just a 40 drive.
There are many restaurants in the area that offer local peasant fayre to pizza to top quality local produce.
For those of you who like to walk, the mountains offer extensive treks thought the most wonderful landscape.

Casa Lola is a 5 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms and downstairs loo.
There is a private terraced 9 x 6m pool on the lower terrace with large pergola to hide under in the midday sun.
Outside the kitchen there is another large terrace with a pergola, grass and fig and apple trees.
In addition to this there is a large farm building with games for adults and children alike to enjoy from ping pong to a giant trampoline.

Type	Description
Bedrooms:	On the top floor (2nd floor) there is a double and a twin bedroom, with an adjoining shower-room. On the 1st floor there is a large double bedroom and 2 twins, a big family bathroom. The 1st and ground floor is separated by an external staircase - a typical Italian feature of the area.
Bathrooms:	1 family bedroom with bath, enclosed shower, loo, bidet and basin. 1 shower room on top floor 1 WC on ground floor.
Kitchen:	The kitchen is well appointed and spacious with all the mod-cons which include a dishwasher, (washing machine in cloakroom), 5 ring gas hob, 90 cm smeg oven, granite worktops, toaster, double sink, large fridge-freezer.
Living Rooms:	This is a traditional 30ft long yellow stone walled sitting-room with wood burning stove for winter evenings. TV (for DVD's), DVD player with library of 120 + films, CD player, (please bring your own music). There is a double sofa bed, board games, some books, sofas and comfortable chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	The house is cleaned once a week at changeover. We provide linen and bathtowels - not beach towels. The beds are made for your arrival.
Utility room:	washing machine
Other:	The Cow Shed, huge games building with table football, Pool, PIng Pong and giant trampoline
Sleeping capacity:	2 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms.

Travel
Ancona is our local airport, taking 1.5 hours. There is also Pescara a 2 hour drive, Rome is 3.5 hours away.
You must hire a car if you stay at Casa Lola

Distances
Our local village Monte San Martino is 2 k from the house. Amandola is a 15 min drive and Sarnarno 20 mins.

Further details
On Wednesday mornings you can find local fresh fruit, veg and bric-a-brac in Amandola, and on Thursday morning a larger version of this in Sarnarno.
There are plenty of restaurants serving delicious local food nearby. The closest are in Monte San Martino where there are 2 - Le Querche, and Da Priori, both delicious and staple of any Casa Lola holiday. Le Querche is plentiful and cheap, starters are a meal in itself - grilled meat delicious but also look out for home-made pasta dishes plus his soups.
There are details of many sites, day trips and restaurants in the house. If you tire of the mountain views and hill top villages, you can head off to the Italian Riviera for the day. It takes about 50 mins' to get there and once you have chosen your resort, be it San Benedetto or Porto Recanati, you can wallow in the warm sea, and eat copious amounts of sea food as you rest beneath the colourful umbrellas running along the beaches.

Booking notes
To book your holiday, we will need a 25% deposit to secure your week/s.
10 weeks prior to the date we will require the remaining remittance owing, along with a £250 refundable breakages deposit.
You will be sent a contract.

Changeover day
Sunday to Sunday is our changeover day.

Golf
Conero golf course is about 1 hour's drive away.

Beach
The Adriatic is roughly 45 mins from the house. There are many great fun resorts to visit serving delicious sea food.
Choose from San Benedetto to Pedaso.

Ski
Sasso Tetto is our local resort above Sarnarno. Small but lots of fun.

Wine Tasting
Detsi in Sevilliiano sell delicious local wine and worth the trip.

Accessibility
The house is built on the top of a hill and is on 3 levels so it might prove difficult to access for the disabled.

Outside
The 9 x 6m private pool has attractive modern French loungers and pool chairs as well as a large pergola.
