At 0.8 miles we have a quite large botanical Garden, Villa Hanbury. Our Guests have available within a range of 25 miles countless possibilities for hikes, walks, visits to gardens, villas, monuments, chrches, archaeological sites, museums, encompassing the finest coastal resorts of both French Cote D'Azur and Principality of Monaco plus Italian Flower Riviera. As soon as we receive your money transfer your Reservation is firm, we send you your Voucher E-Mail complete with the Driving Directions to our place plus our Comfort Enhancement Form, sort of a questionnaire aimed at making your stay with us as tailored as much to your personal tastes and preferences.
Balance can be placed cash upon your arrival at premises. Sorry, we are a small operation and don't carry credit cards.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are free to choose.
Check-in is 3 to 6 PM. In exceptional cases we may extend this to 8 PM or - upon special prior agreement or in case of Force Majeure - to 12 PM. After that time, sorry, we don't check-in.
Will you please be so kind as to tell us, as soon as you know, the approximate time of your arrival? In this way we can do our errands and be at home to open you the gate. Actually, we are not a hotel, but a family renting some rooms for Bed & Breakfast: those who do not inform us precisely about their arrival time relieve us from any commitment to wait for them, so they risk to arrive at the gate and wait for us to open them the gate, but nobody is necessarily at home beause we possibly are out for dinner and come back only , for instance, at 01 A.M.

A beautiful, sandy beach called "Calandre" is approx. 1 mile from home, whereas the nearest gravel beach is approx. hald a mile , and rocky beaches with small, delicious coves begin at 1 mile. At 2 miles, in menton, a fwide range of sandy beaches is available, also including paying beaches with all possible aqua-sports available, reanging from wind- and kite-surfing to scuba diving, up to airplane tours etc.

Accessibility
We believe in the beauty and warmth of Casa Lorenzina, however we recognize that different travellers have varying expactations, both in terms of convenience and comfort.
If the idea of being awaken by a singing rooster can disturb you, if a short walk along a gravel coated road amidst farming and unmated growth , plus some country steps to reach your room seems troublesome, we thank you for your interest, and recommend that you reconsider your selection of Casa Lorenzina. We delight in surpassing the expectations of our guests and are saddened when we are unable to do so.
The sloping landscape involves stairs connecting the different levels, and not to spoil the beauty and charme of the place, we often choose architectural and landscaping details that make our structure unsuitable to disabled and elderly people with impaired motion.
Outside
We have a lower terrace where breakfast is served, plus an upper garden with panoramic terrace. The latter , dedicated to our fine Guests, is equipped with garden furniture , rocking sofa, and other pleasant gear aimed at making your stay as comfortable as possible. A cute beach-hut with large mattress is always ready to welcome you to lay down reading a book, sipping your favourite drink, to take a nap in the shadow or doing whatever you like in front of a spectacular view of the Mediterranean sea. Honeymooners especially enjoy this at sunset or at night. A cozy, small garden tea house with two glazed walls, embedded in luxuriant tropical vines, offers a pleasant shelter even when it rains or in Winter outside is too fresh.
