"I Casali" resort is located in an enviable geographical position, which enables it to be far away from mass tourism paths, but at the same time it is near the most beautiful cities in the world. It is the trait-d'union between the beauties of Italian art and the magic of green silences. This estate is located in Valdinievole, only a few minutes away from Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, not far from Siena; oreover, just 5 minutes to reach the Padule of Fucecchio wildlife sanctuary (1800 hectares of natural reserve)
Only 15 minutes for a sightseeing in the historic centre of Pistoia with its Cathedral, Baptistery and "Campanaria" Tower as well as the Town Council and Mayor palaces of the 12th and 13th century is highly recommended. Not far away from Pistoia departs a cultural itinerary from Carmignano to the Medicean Villas of Artimino, Poggio a Caiano, Castello and Sesto Fiorentino. There are the famous "Medici" villas in Artimino and Poggio a Caiano and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo. In Vinci can be visited Leonardo's museum, while in Collodi the recreation ground of Pinocchio offers entertainment to the kids.
In about half an hour reach Florence, Lucca , Pisa, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi on the Versilia coast. It is no use suggesting the visit of Renaissance Cities like Florence, Pistoia and Lucca. Modern and contemporary art is offered by the Pecci museum in Prato and by Fabroni Palace in Pistoia. Fattoria di Celle park in Santomato is unique in Italy for its open-air works of art.
In half past an hour you can reach Abetone mount, the most important winter-sports station of the central Italy.

Immersed in the garden and available to all our guests, the "Vecchia Limonaia" , an old builing full of charme, can be used for recreation activities, for painting and yoga courses,as reading room and even for poetry and music evenings. At the swimming pool the "Dependence" has a fully equipped kitchen and barbeque for guests use.

Rates Exclude: Final cleaning (70 Euro) - Heating and air-conditioned costs that will be charged on consumption - Security deposit (a 200 Euro security deposit has to be paid locally to the owner or his/her representative; it will be returned on departure less phone calls and breakages). Breakfast (it can be served upon request directly on site).
Term and condition: the rentals running from Saturday to Saturday during high seasons and the minimum rental period is 1 week - During medium and low season the changeover day is flexible and the minimum rental period is 2 nights- Check in from 4 p.m., Check out within 10 a.m.

Once we'll confirmed the availability a 30% of the total amount will be requested as booking reservation; after we'll send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or via fax (only on request).
The settlement will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.
