For art-lovers, in this area there are Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July. Torre del Guado Country House is an impressive stone manor house, located outside of medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great artist Piero della Francesca, in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo, close to Umbria .
This charm medieval building, dating back to the 13th century, has been just converted into a warm and refined country holiday villa, furnished of all the benefits of modern technology.
Our elegant holiday farmhouse, sat in beautifully maintained gardens with a large ecological pool, features: 5 self-catering vacation-accommodations, each one individually designed, with separate entrance from the garden, welcoming atmosphere and a spectacular view on the hills and the valley, beautifully restored rooms for meetings, ceremonies (with catering service).
Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding, shops, typical restaurants available at short driving distance.
LOCATION
The location of the holiday home , at 3 sqm from Sansepolcro and 29 sqm from Arezzo, not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is a perfect base for visiting Rome and many cities of art of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona etc.) and Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia...). They all are easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 34 kms far.

•Rates quoted are for the number of guests accommodated in beds.
The charge for each additional guest accommodated on a sofa/divan is euro 15 per/day.
*The weekly rates are inclusive of power, gas, water’s consumption, linen including pool towels, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly, cots and highchairs and use of washing-machine, swimming pool, the mountain bikes.
•Central heating when required is calculated based on consumption.
• Upon request, available, daily cleaning (charged extra).

• Daily booking: least 2 nights only in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and

The airports and the railway stations in Rome, Florence, Perugia, Bologna, Arezzo, Forlì are short driving distance .
Fly direct to Perugia (our nearest airport : 45 minutes drive) via Ryanair, or to Bologna-Forlì, or to Florence , or to Ancona via Ryanair (2 hours' drive), or to Bologna, Pisa or Rome.

In addition, in a part of the garden there is a barbecue and table where you can enjoy a barbecue or drinks outdoors.
