Villa delle Rose it's an italian luxury country house situated in the centre of Tuscany in an ideal position to visit one of the most beautiful regions of the world.
The villa sets in the marvellous Monteferrato environmental park, a real naturalistic oasis surrounded by 600 hectares of protected area very close to Florence, main town in Tuscany.
The villa is a nineteenth century building completely restored with care and attention for the details, situated in a peaceful position which overlooks the countryside.
The nearest village is Figline(only 1,5km) and there you’ll find every kind of shops, (supermarket, post office, pharmacy, newspaper stand, bank, pub, lady hairdresser). Prato centre is only 6km far, Florence only 15km far. Highways junctions are nearby to permit you to visit Tuscany, one of the most beautiful regions in the world. Nearby these Tuscany vacation rental you will find a number of sporting clubs with tennis courts, a thermal spa and pool, horse riding stables and golf courses.
People interested in nightlife; will not remain disappointed because in the surroundings theatres, discotheques, cinema and night clubs can be found.
There are many wine tours in the sourrounding area, beyond that in Chiantishire, interesting for wine fans and many wine cellars are opened for the tastings. We’re sure you’ll find setting Villa delle Rose a real paradise where spend your holidays! The villa outside has been devided; the owners (Andrea&Titti), live in a part of the villa and
will be always at your disposition in order to give you help and inform on the events of greater relief that will be kept in the period of your stay.

A large dining room (dining table for 12people) & kitchen perfectly equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwaves oven, kettle, mixer , toaster , American coffee machine, table set for 12 people and every type of kitchen accessory.
A large laundry with washing machine, ironing set, appropriate fountain to wash clothes and several cabinets.
One bathroom for guests.

The Iris bedroom, the largest of the villa with it’s own bathroom.
The rooms are all spacious, all the bedrooms are furnished with style and antique pieces and the ceilings at sight have beams in wood like the typical Tuscany style.

Rates include: the use of the Villa with water, electricity, and gas - Bed-linen and Towels (1 change week) - The use of the Swimming Pool and equipments ( the pool is open from 15/04 to 15/10) - Swimming Pool maintenance - Lawn maintenance - English speaking assistance by the owner - Park ang garden use - Tennis table use - Car parking.
Rates Exclude: final cleaning (120 Euro) - Central heating (only for cold seasons 350 Euro/week or 60 Euro/day).
Term and condition: the rentals running from Saturday to Saturday during high and medium seasons - Check in from 3 p.m., Check out within 10 a.m.

It is possible booking your holiday upon availability request via e-mail and our booking staff will give you immediate reply.
Once we'll confirmed the availability a 30% of the total amount will be requested as booking reservation; after we'll send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or via fax (only on request).
The settlement will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.
We accept payments with Bank Transfer or online (PayPal system).
Payment Options: swift money transfer or payment on line. A 30% of the rental fee is request at time of booking, the balance will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.

The villa first floor has 3 large bedrooms: the Sunflower bedroom - our main bedroom with a luxury bathroom en suite, supplied by a wellness centre with Jacuzzi bathtub and Jacuzzi sauna. The Tulips bedroom, a large bedroom with TV set and a lovely pink bathroom (with a Jacuzzi hydro massage/sauna shower) en suite has also a baby bed. The Iris bedroom, the largest of the villa, accomodates 4 people has, of course, its own bathroom. The rooms are all spacious, all the bedrooms are furnished with style and antique pieces and the ceilings at sight have beams in wood like the typical Tuscany style. Two single beds are in the living room.
Bathrooms:
The main bedroom has a luxury bathroom “en suite” supplied by a wellness centre with Jacuzzi bathtub and Jacuzzi sauna. The Tulips bedroom has a bathroom 'en suite' with Jacuzzi hydro massage shower. Further details
Wheelchairs good access only for the ground floor. Small pets admitted only and after according request. Final cleaning € 120. In winter the heating cost is € 350/week or € 60/day. Summertime start day on Saturday - minimum stay 1 week. Low seasons minimum 4 days and flexible start day.

Cancellations from the booking date to 60° day before the arrival : penality of 30 % on the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 59° to 30° day before the arrival date: penality of 50% of the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 29° day to the arrival : penalty of 100% of the total renatl amount
