The Fattoria di Stibbio is located in a strategical position midway between Pisa and Florence, not far from Lucca, Livorno and the seaside. Also the Chianti area and Siena are easily reachable. The region offers a wide choice of tourist, historical, natural and enogastronomic itineraries.
Each city or village proposes, most of all in summer, events and happenings of all kind, which are strictly linked to tradition, music and food and which will lead our guests just in the heart of Tuscan history and life.
We are at complete disposal to create tailor made programmes and itineraries following the exigences and tastes of our guests. We can just suggest tours and destinations or organize everything starting from the transportation and the guide, who will introduce our guests in the hidden and charming secrets of our region.

The “MEDICI FARMHOUSE” gives you the possibility to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany. The villa is about 450 m^2, which the guests can completely use. The farm is full of charm and history and it’s furnished with antiques and at the same time it’s equipped of all the modern comforts: internet wireless, hi-fi, sat TV, air conditioning, heating…
If you look out of the windows and from the terrace you can have a stunning view and you can enjoy the great landscape of the forest and the sweet Tuscan hills, cultivated with olive trees. From the garden of the villa you can easily reach, through a short and panoramic path, the nice Voghera valley and the big private garden of 7000 m^2 with the swimming pool. This area is equipped of toilets, dressing room and, outside, of tables, chairs and deckchairs. Passing through the same path you can also reach the horse training and spend some time riding on horseback. You can also hike or rent a bike. If you don’t like to walk you can easily drive to the swimming pool in just two minutes.
The “FARMHOUSE OF STIBBIO” is located in the centre of Tuscany, just 8 Km far from San Miniato, the small and lovely town, famous for its history, for its old architecture, for the white “tartufo” and for the other typical products of this area (wine, olive oil, vegetables…).
In San Miniato there is also a golf club with 9 holes.
The most beautiful cities of Tuscany like Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Vinci, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra are far at most 60 km. The medieval villages, castles, lovely landscapes are handy. The sea ,the wonderful beaches of the Tirreno shoreline and the amusing night life of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are caught up in an hour.

Bedrooms:
From the main staircase of the hall you can go to the first floor. A great room, which was originally used as a granary and as a warehouse, is now furnished of a big and comfortable sofa, of armchairs and of a warm and hospitable parquet.
From here you can go into the 5 bedrooms, all different for colours, decorations and furnishing. Every room is double except one which is linked to another sweet room with a single bed. Every room has a private bathroom, the telephone, the internet wireless, a small safety box.
All the spaces have the air conditioning.
The “STIBBIO FARM” have 11 places for sleeping and the possibility of 5 single beds more without being a problem for the management of the entire space, of the rooms and of the toilets.

Kitchen:
In the hall there is a big fireplace; its frame and its seats are made of stone; the pavement of the main room is made of cotto and the original doors have frames made of serene stone.
In this room the guests can seat around a big table to taste the typical food of the Tuscan cooking, prepared by an expert chef.
At the same floor there is a wide and well equipped kitchen. The guests can use the big fireplace or The firewood oven. From the hall you can approach the sitting room, the TV room, the reading room and you can go outside, on the terrace, where the whishing well is placed.
From this terrace you can reach a second and bigger terrace, where you can have breakfast or take your time and relax in the warm summer nights.

Thanks to our restaurant Pepenero www.pepenerocucina.it we are able to organize breakfast, lunches and dinners upon request in the Fattoria or around the swimming pool.
