Cookery courses: Paola can teach typical dishes of the Tuscan and Italian tradition, using high-quality local products and a wide variety of recipes, depending on the season. The cuisine is pure home-cooking, with a pinch of imagination. It is also possible to eat outside with a marvellous view over the surrounding countryside.
Horse riding: Just a short distance (6 Km) from the Villa you can find three riding stables. Villa Le Ginepraie can help you organize horse riding lessons given by expert and qualified riders and day trips on horseback to explore the countryside of San Gimignano, Volterra and Colle Val d’Elsa.
Relaxing massage: After an excursion, book a relaxing massage or stone massage either in your room or by the swimming pool.
The swimming pool of the Tuscan Villa, exclusively reserved for guests, offers a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside and is beautifully furnished with comfortable chaises, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The Farm House's pool is an ideal location to relax, swim, sunbathe or enjoy a wide choice of massages or beauty treatments while you admire the magnificent landscape.
Sunset of the country Villa offers sightings of wild boar, deer, hare and a fox who comes to feed on the owners’ veranda.
The pool of the Tuscany Villa is lit up at night for evening dips under a starlit sky. The Tuscan pool is 6m wide 12 m long and 2.20 m in depth, the chlorine and ph levels are constantly checked and the water is cleaned daily. In the villa there is the laundry, as well as an old stone wood-fired oven and barbecue that guests can use.The villa has a welcoming osteria (tavern), painted a warm orange colour, is at the exclusive disposal of the guests staying at the villa.

The three roomy apartments and the two bedrooms that make up the Villa are elegant, but warm and welcoming at the same time. They are equipped with all mod. cons. such as a dishwasher and satellite television, together with traditional features such as ceilings with massive wooden beams and terracotta tiles, fireplaces with baskets of firewood, stone archways and antique chests.
The private swimming pool and large garden encourage relaxation, sunbathing and reading, while the surrounding countryside offers a number of pleasant walks. In other words, Villa Ginepraie offers itself as a unique place to spend a restful holiday with your friends and family, only a short distance from Tuscany’s art, history and entertainment.

Villa le Ginepraie is idyllically situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside only a few km from Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d’Elsa and just a short drive from Siena, Florence and Pisa.
Volterra is about 12 km from the estate. This city, although small, is important and proud of its history. The stones and narrow lanes in this ‘city of wind and rock’ as D’Annunzio described it, betray the traces of a culture now displayed in the Museo Guarnacci, a virtual port of call for anyone visiting this corner of Tuscany.
San Gimignano is about 12 km and it is one of most famous cities in the world both for its medieval appearance ( fifteen of its original seventy-two towers remain) and for the vast number of art works contained in its churches, places and museums.
Siena is about 35 km and in its streets time seems to have stood still. It is easy to chart the different stages in the history of this unique city which appears frozen in a Gothic reverie; Siena is also famous for the Palio that recreate the atmosphere of the medieval city.
Monteriggioni is about 25 km. It was built by the Sienese in 1203 as the principal military stronghold guarding the border against Florence it is defended by a circle of walls with fourteen embattled towers.
