There is a gymnastic trac around our little lake.
The middle age village of Calvi is 15 min.by foot from San Martino.In Calvi You will find shops,churches,museum,Pizzerias and bars,with home made ice cream.The village itself is worth a visit with it's stairs and no car traffic.If You like walking in the wood there is a trac of 4.5 hour and You can reach the top of the mountin San Pancrazio at 1000 meter.
From Calvi You can visit Otricoli with the ruins of Ocriculum,Narni an intact middle age small and beautiful town.In 50 min. by car or by train,You reach Rome and in one hour
Orvieto,Spoleto,Perugia and many other places in the "Green heart of Umbria".Umbria is all to be descoverd,there are not a lot of tourists and the atmosfere is a little miysterious,people are very nice and friendly.
We are a working farm producing cereal,olive oil,the red Carbio wine from Cabernet grapes,we have horse breading
and fruitgrowing.
