Awarded Residenza d*epoca, Historical Residence, by Regione Umbria in December 1999, Villa Milani has eleven rooms named after the constellations, accurately furnished with valuable antique furnishing.
The eighteen- century portal of the Salon opens on a nice Italian garden with flowerbeds of antique roses, lavender and agapanthus, surrounded by box hedges. Another of our wonderful structures includes the Terrace. Adorned with mythological statues, which seem to admire the gentle Umbrian countryside, the terrace of Villa Milani offers to our guests an extraordinary panorama. The view of the imposing Ponte delle Torri, of the majestic Rocca Albernoziana, of the palaces and the shapes of the bell towers of Spoleto together with the view of Assisi valley, skirted by medieval villages and in the distance Mount Subasio create a beautiful natural scenery
Location: The Villa is situated at less than 3 km from the historical centre of Spoleto, in a splendid position on top of a hill overlooking the town and Assisi Valley.
Transportation: The regional Perugia S. Egidio Airport is only at 55 km, 40 minutes of drive, while the International Rome Fiumicino Airport is at 160 km, 2 hours of drive. In both there are rental car agencies and shuttle services. We can arrange on request transportation Service to and from Villa Milani at the price of Euro 90,00, Perugia, and Euro 200,00, Rome. At the railway station of Spoleto, 4 Km from Villa Milani, there is also a train service from and to Rome, 75 minutes.

Dining: Breakfast is the base service of the stays in the Villa. It is included in the daily room rate. From 8.30 am to 10.30 am, guests can choose a large variety of cold and hot drinks, fresh products and only just churned confectionary. They can taste it in the dining rooms, bedrooms on request or, during the good season, in the panoramic Italian garden. In the period May – September, from 12.00 am to 3.00 pm, guests can have on request a Light Lunch. Wherever they are, in the dining rooms, in the garden or even in the swimming pool, they will be able to taste refined summer plates based on fresh local products. From 7.30 am to 12 pm., all over the year, our Bar Service proposes our guests a wide range of drinks , soft, alcoholic, spirits, cocktails and wines. The furnished cellar of Villa Milani proposes a Wine-List containing an accurate selection of precious wines from all Italian Regions, mainly Umbria. At Light Lunch, or whenever they are during the day, guests will be able to choose the preferred wine and taste it together to special cheeses, chestnut honey and various type of mustards.
Recreations: The swimming pool of Villa Milani, overlooking the green meadows and the woods of Monteluco, is a spectacular scenery for relaxing moments. Our guests can relax enjoying a pleasant water massage and air jets in our circular hydromassage bath tube accessible from the swimming pool.
Meeting Facilities: The Exclusive Villa is the best opportunity for carrying out Special Business Events. The atmosphere of uniqueness and discretion, typical of the exclusivity, let it be the ideal stage for events based on quality instead of quantity. For one or more days, Villa Milani can be the refined and intimate environment for Top Managers to discuss business strategies and take vital decisions. With the Exclusive Villa they can have all the indoor and outdoor areas to their complete disposal for their business and entertainment activities. The meeting room can contain not more than 20 people around the table and has communication and showing facilities like Internet connection, PC and slides projector.
General Policies: Children under 2 years of age stay free in the same room as parent. Small size animals allowed without any charge.

From Rome, exit at Orte tollbooth, then take the highway to Terni. At Spoleto,1st entrance. From Motorway A14, Bologna-Ancona Exit at the tollbooth of Cesena, then take the the highway E45 to Rome - Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto - 2nd entrance. When at the entrance of Spoleto, follow the indications to Torricella. Villa Milani is on the road at about 1.5 km.
