As told are we located in a forest area, surrounded by small villages.
The biggest is at about 10km drive, and to have a nice walk in the oldest forest of Europe where "Wellington has met Napoleon, the "Buçaco" this is at 14 km.
We also have in our area 2 "Dams" on the lake and river.

Please take contact with us and convince yourself, we can speak about it, but to come and see it, is the best way to find it out.
Here the time goes by and you dont notice it.
We are explaining our clients, how to drive, where to go for a vist or a good meal, but to be short, our clients can ask us everything, we help them as good as we can.
We, Hans and Lucy are natif from Belgium, and speaking, Flemisch, French, Inglisch, German and Portuguese, all this to be able to help as good as possible our clients.

Type	Description
Bedrooms:	The bedrooms are spacious and have or a double or two single beds. There is central heating and a TV in eoch bedroom. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The two "Suites" have a fridge and heardryer, which a normal double room not has.
Sleeping capacity:	8 bedroomed sleeps 16
Bathrooms:	Every bathroom has a shower, toilet, Bidet and whastable and is realy spacious.
Kitchen:	The kitchen in private space.
Living Rooms:	The livingroom is about 50 square meters in size, and is used to give the Breakfast - Buffet. Afterwoods it is closed for the clients, because the owners also like to have theire little privacy.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Everything is included in the price.
Other:	We also have an outstanding Toilet and shower, for the use of the guests when they are in the garden or the pool.

Arriving and departure is very flexible in our house.

Beach
You have the choice in between the "River Beach" or the sea beach, the only difference is the distance to drive.

Fishing
Fishing can be done on the river, just look aftger a licence who will cost you some euros.

Wine Tasting
We have a lot of wine cellars in the area of lets say 35 km

Outside
The pool is 9,5meters long and 4,30 meters wide.
The deps goes from 0,50 m until 1,70 m.
Has about 36.000 liters of water.
The pool is for the guests and the owners only.
