The large lounge has wide patio doors opening on to a covered terrace and the pool area. There is a full range of outdoor furniture on the poolside terrace. The pool is about 10m by 5m. and has Grecian columns at one end and on the side next to the large Jacuzzi. The pool also has a water current devise to swim against. There is considerable pool and outside lighting for extending the day into the night. The lounge has a suite, coffee table and digital satellite TV system with c.d./ DVD system. There is a fireplace for those cooler winter evenings. To one end there is a dining area with sideboard. The adjacent fully fitted kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full size cooker etc. There is a large brick built BBQ area with seating, lighting and a sink and cooker hob.
The master bedroom has large double bed, fitted wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom with spa bath. Patio doors lead to the outside. Bedroom two has a fitted wardrobe, twin beds and patio doors to the outside, there is a full en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom three has two single beds and wardrobe with en-suite full body shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is a large day/play room with patio doors to the pool and a cloakroom.
The property is reached through a large archway with wrought iron gates and down a wide drive. The garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and a selection of ornamental shrubs.
If pool heating required add £100.00 per week (In mid, high and peak season th epool is warm enough for most)

Luz is the most popular resort in the western Algarve and has much to recommend it.
It is quiet but has plenty to keep one occupied and is within easy reach of many attractions.
It has a long, curved, sandy beach suitable for families.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, cinema, banks and post office.
Nearby is the Boavista golf course, Parque da Floresta and Pennina Courses.

Beach Two minutes to Praia da Luz beach and five to Burgau Beach
Shops Local for necessities or 10 minutes by car to major supermarket
