A brand new 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor of 3 in the lovely St James complex. 3 balconies with sea view and 1 with pool view. The complex has 2 swimming pools, a gym and a poolside restaurant. A short stroll takes you into the centre of the village and to the beach. Boavista golf course is a 5 minute drive, Parque de Floresta and Palmares a 10 minute drive. The apartment has its own private garage, useful for storing golf clubs, buggies, surf and body boards and also for keeping your car cool. There are many good restaurants near by and also good supermarkets as well as an excellent shop on site.

Bathrooms:	Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with wc and shower. Bathroom with wc, bath/shower over.
Kitchen:	Separate kitchen with hob, built under oven, dishwasher, washing machine,fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and table and chairs.
Living Rooms:	Lounge/dining room with one 2 seater sofa bed, one 3 seater sofa and 1 armchair. Also TV, DVD, CD player. Dining table with 8 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Towels and bed linens are included and will be changed at the end of each week. You are requested to bring your own beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of each week. A mid week towel change can be included.
Other:	The apartment is air conditioned. It is in a quiet location with very little passing traffic and away from any noise on the complex.

Travel
Faro airport is an easy 50 minute drive. A car is not essential in the village and a transfers from the airport can be arranged.

Distances
Lagos is 3 kilometers away. The beaches of Burgau and Salema are a short drive away.

Further details
Praia da Luz has a very good supermarket, a bank, post office, doctor, dentist and many good restaurants and bars.
Surfing is available on the beaches around Sagres and the undeveloped west coast is waiting to be explored.

A deposit of 15% to secure the booking and the balance 8 weeks before commencing your holiday.

Changeover day
Arrival after 2pm. Departure before 10am.
Change over day is flexible.

Golf
Boavista golf course is a 5 minute drive and Palmares and Parque de Floresta are 10 minutes. Penina and Alto Golf are 15 minutes away.

Beach
Praia da Luz has a lovely blue flag beach and lifeguards are always on duty. Fishing, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing and surfing are all available in Praia da Luz or nearby. There are lovely walks along the cliffs in both directions to either Lagos or Burgau.

Accessibility

Outside
The apartment has access to the balcony from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a very small balcony with a view of the pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. The complex has 2 swimming pools and well tended gardens.
