The Annex is a converted (June 2004) self contained space at the rear of St. Ninians House. It has its own private garden. The accommodation sleeps 2-4 adults plus child or baby, and a cot is available for babies. It is a perfect retreat for families and couples, and has full self catering facilities.
We are very conscious of the increased number of people with allergies, so the annex is an allergy-free zone; no pets are allowed. We also ensure that the soft furnishings, the beds and sofas are sprayed every 4 to 6 weeks for allergens and dust mites.
The Annex is centrally heated and is very cosy, so makes a good choice for Autumn and Winter bookings, as well as the Summer months.
Notes on price:
The rates shown are for rent of the cottage for one night, not per person. However the annex is usually only available for weekly lets. Please contact us for weekly rates.
