Set in four acres, this was previously used as a "granny flat" and is surrounded by gardens which include specialist Primula and many unusual plants, paddocks, woodland. There is a pond nearby with wild life. The rivers Annan and Milk are within walking distance and fishing can be arranged. Wild life in the area include otters, badgers, roe deer and foxes. Birds include kingfishers and dippers from September various geese fly over the property.
