The property has views of the Oservatory valley, which, together with the jacarandas, bougainvilleas and aloe palms provide a serene and beautiful garden ambiance. A variety of garden birds visit the property, which adds tranquility to the garden areas. Nontheless, the house is ideally situated for easy access to most places of interest around the city. Sandton and the Johannesburg International Airport are only 20 minutes away. East Gate Shopping mall and Melrose Arch are 10 minutes away. The guest house is also close to Linksfield Clinic and Milpark hospital. The Ellis Park Sports Stadiun is nearby and the park and ride service offered is just down the road from the house.
The house has eight en suite furnished rooms. Bedrooms have adjoining private baths, showers or a combination of both. Each room has it's own colour TV, equipped to receive all the channels available including satellite.
Breakfast and home cooked meals are served in the main dining room. There is a TV lounge, library, and bar in the main house where guests can relax, read or watch TV over a glass of wine.
An entertainment lapa exists adjacent to a rock pool. Pool and darts are available here. There are also a number of barbeque facilities around the property.
There is safe and secure parking for about ten vehicles. The property is secure behind high wals and anelectric fence.
Guests with pests are also welcome. A transport service is available. Sight seeing trips are arranged for the guest. There is also office facilities and access to the internet.
