Situated on quiet green, landscaped site with swimming pools for adults (2)and children (2), short tennis court, golf club house, hotel with restaurant/bar all just moments away. 50% discount for my guests at golf club (about 26 pounds a round).

7 km long sandy beach with bars/restaurants, 2 mins by car. Marina with shops/bars/restaurants, 4 mins by car.

Small fishing town of Ayamonte, 5 mins by car. Market (try the fish!)/shops/restaurants/ferry to Portugal. Lively all year, but not rowdy - a family town.

Excellent transport links by motorway along the coast to all airports in Spain (Seville-1.5 hours & Jerez-2.25 hours) and Portugal (Faro-45 mins). Ideal base for exploring the wider area - Portugese Algarve, Costa de la Luz, Andalucia, Cota Donana wetlands national park. Waterpark for children about 20 mins.

Ideal for beach and/or golf breaks and as a base to explore from.
