The apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and one of them is ensuite. All 3 bathrooms have underfloor heating. The large lounge / dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 persons . The lounge is comfortably furnished and there is SAT/T.V/D.V.D provided. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. The wide beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the front door, the nearest large communal swimming pool is less than 2 minutes walk. This development is popular with families for its selection of pools, the large and well-kept gardens and close proximity of the beach. Nearby there is a 5 star hotel where you are welcome to use it's bars and restaurants. The village of Cancelada with its selection of Spanish restaurants and bars is approximately a 10 minute walk. The nearest golf courses are Los Flamingos, Guadalmina and Monte Mayor to name but a few.( PLEASE NOTE..The next phase of Costalita is being completed nearby and there may be some interference through construction noises.) Linen and towels( with the exception of beach towels) are provided and are changed on the weekly anniversary of your stay. A hire service of Z beds, cots, highchairs etc. is available.
