The Villa Los Pulus is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, modern fitted kitchen. Ample terraces for sunbathing and a good sized private heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. A child cot and 2 high chairs are also available. The living areas and bedrooms all feature individual remote controlled air-conditioning and heating units. All bathrooms feature both showers and English style baths while the Bedroom One en-suite features a large circular bath with a hand held shower. All the rooms are light and airy, and offer spectacular views across the valley and towards the sea as well as views to La Concha, the iconic mountain of Marbella. Rental booking deposit as quoted at the time of booking should be forwarded upon completed reservation and the balance to be received no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date at the property.
A refundable damage deposit of £450.00 (Euros 600)per rental week period will be required to protect both owners and management company against damage to interior fixtures and fittings, loss of contents and to cover telephone and excess electricity usage. Properties will be checked upon your departure and any necessary deductions made from the deposit held.

5 Golf Courses within 5 minutes of Villa, Views of the fairway of Aloha Golf Course. For golfers in particular, the Villa Los Pulus is ideal. There are several magnificent courses within easy putting distance, including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf, La Quinta, and La Dama de Noche, which is floodlit for night time play. All the Nueva Andalucia golf courses are surrounded by stunning scenery with a backdrop of mountains. These and other nearby golf courses are accessible within minutes. You will see golfers on buggies as this area is particularly renowned for its golf courses. The Golfing season is during the winter months and the courses and facilities for golfers are truly exceptional with such competition between the major golf courses in the Nueva Andalucia Valley. Playing golf in bright warm sunshine on lush green courses amongst palm trees to the backdrop of mountain and sea views is a sublime experience to be treasured.
