The apartment is based in Hammam Sousse between two popular tourist resorts, Sousse the old town complete with local medina and mosque, and Pt El Kantaoui, a man made harbour and purposely designed tourist town. A short taxi ride away is Kairouan, the most regious muslim city after Mecca, El Gem, a roman ampitheatre better preserved than the one in Rome and the Sahara desert.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a single bunk which is easily removed to lounge area if required Bedroom 2 has two twin beds Additional single bunk in lounge area
Bathrooms:	The apartment has one bathroom fully tiled complete with full size bath and over bath shower.
Kitchen:	The kitchen is also fully tiled with fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Area for eating
Living Rooms:	This apartment has a large spacious living area in an L shape there are two seperate seating areas plus an additional dining area. There are two single bunks used as extra seating during the day or a single beds at night if needed. there is satalite tv, video, dvd, cd, many books and films for all ages plus some games.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Bed linen is included as are kitchen towels, beach and bath towels are not included. The apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival, beds made etc, there is a change of bed linen on the property should it be needed. There is no maid service during your stay but it will be cleaned aagin on your departure.
Sleeping capacity:	There are two bedrooms and more sleeping accomodation in the large louge

Notes on accommodation:
Although this apartment is on the first floor there is a lift and is suitable for all. The short walk to the beach is flat. There are two balconies with raillings but smaller children would extra supervision when using them.

Travel
The nearest airport is MONASTIR, private taxi transfers can be arranged for you at nominal cost. It is approx a 25minute transfer time from the airport.
Car hire is not recommened, taxis are cheap and plentiful and can be caught by the roadside outside the apartment.

All of the following activities take place or can be booked on the beach by the apartment
Para gliding, pedalos, banana boat, water ski, jet ski, camel riding, horse riding, pirate boat, fishing trips, trips to the Sahara, El Gem and Kairouan. Quad biking
massage and turkish baths.

Booking notes
After the initial enquiry a booking form is sent to the client to complete and return with a £50 non returnable deposit per week, the balance is due 10 weeks before travel

Changeover day
There is no set changeover day but british flights goout on Weds and Sun. You may remain in the property until your departure time unless another guest is due. You will be informed of this when booking.

Golf
There are many good golf courses within a short taxi ride, (5mins) including the championship course at Pt El Kantaoui.

Fishing
Fishing is available directly on the beach and trips for deep sea fishing can be booked on the beach or through several outlets in Pt El Kantaoui or Sousse.

Scuba Diving
There is a scuba diving centre in Pt El Kantaoui

Beach
The beach is 100 metres from the apartment. It is a flat sandy beach with a gradual incline, parasol and beach chairs are available for a small cost. There are many beach bars/cafes along the shore line.

Accessibility
There are four steps at the entrance to the property which could inhibit wheel chair users, however there is disabled access from the garage which is under ground via a ramp. The are no extra features inside the property to accomodate disabled guests but it is totally flat once inside.

Outside
There are parking spaces available outside the apartment. This is opposite a hotel with terrace restaurant, and there are many cafes and a supermarket within a few steps.
