Dalyan is located just 25 km's from the International Dalaman Airport thus making for pleasant transfer times, further it is conveniently located for visiting other holiday centres such as Marmaris or Fethiye which are both around 1 hours drive from Dalyan.
There are many things to do and see in Dalyan:- River Tombs, Sulphur Mud
Bath, Turkish Bath, Scuba Diving, Horse Riding, Rafting, Crab Fishing, Cycling, Gökbel Radar Station (a great place to watch the sunset over Dalyan), the Caunos ruins and every Saturday a market.
Along with the 'Sulphur Mud Baths' Dalyan is also famous for the Giant Loggerhead Turtle. Early morning Turtle watching trips can be arranged.
Around Dalyan you can see traditional Turkish houses, Cotton fields, Orange groves and numerous other fruits growing in abundance. Bird watching is also popular.

Villa Jasville is a light and spacious, well appointed detached villa enjoying a fantasctic location with fabulous mountain views and about 10 minutes gentle walk from the centre of Dalyan with it's wealth of restuarants, interesting shops and other local amenities including a bank, post office, supermarkets, doctors and a weekly market.
Notes on price:
The rental rates are per week and for exclusive use of Villa Jasville, its' 2 private pools, and garden. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please note that the pools are not available November - March.
The rates are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, air-conditioning, all linens and towels including towels for use at the beach. We also provide a basic welcome pack. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again midway through a 14 day holiday when bathroom towels and linens are changed and the villa is cleaned. There are daily visits by the pool engineer / gardener to maintain the pools and garden.
The services of our friendly English speaking manager, for advice or information are also included. He is a great source of local information and is always on hand.
Our normal rental period is one week and we can cater for your arrival on any day of the week; short breaks can also be accommodated where possible. If your exact date is not free, please still email us as some of the days are changeover days.
Our rental charges are payable in pounds sterling.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of 10%.
We do not take a breakages deposit, all we ask is that if any item is broken that it is replaced on a like for like basis.
We can also arrange a transfer from Dalaman airport for you. Please ask if you are interested in this option and we can let you know the price.

Double bedroom (en-suite) which is bright and spacious has patio doors leading out onto the wrap round terrace. Bedside tables,lamps and a radio clock alarm are provided, there is even a hairdryer and straightners. Large built in wardrobes with drawers provide ample storage.
Twin room (en-suite) has two full size single beds,bedside table with lamp and radio clock alarm and hairdryer. Built in wardrobes and drawers provide ample clothes storage.
The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed to accommodate a further 2 guests.
All linens, pillows and blankets are provided.
Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with corner shower unit, wash hand basin, vanity unit and toilet.

4 ring gas hob, oven, extractor fan, large fridge freezer and combination microwave oven. The large kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Automatic washing machine, steam iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:
The lounge is both spacious and light with comfortable seating for six utilising 2 settees, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is also a coffee table, side table, TV, DVD, MP3 CD/Radio, PS2 and MP3 speakers. A selection of DVD's (child friendly), music CD's, PS2 games, books and board games have also been provided for your enjoyment.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All linen, tea towels, towels and beach towels are provided. The villa is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and again midway during a 14 night stay.
If you would like the cleaner to visit more frequently, this can be arrange for a small additional charge.
The gardner will visit daily to attend to the garden and pool.
Utility room:
Ironing board and steam iron can be found in the villa.
Other:
The dining room area with large table, 6 leather chairs and display cabinet is located between the lounge and the modern, fully equipped kitchen.
There are patio doors leading from the lounge and the double bedroom to the large wrap round terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to the stone-paved patio area around the kidney shaped pool and child/splash pool

Villa Jasville is situated in a quiet and pretty residential area just 10mins gentle stroll from Dalyan town centre and close to all amenities. Idylically situated on the Mediterranean Coast in South West Turkey.
The Resort
Dalyan is 30km from Dalaman International Airport, (30 mins by road). Transfers available £20 each way. Direct flights to Dalaman operate all year round.

10 mins gentle stroll (no hills) to the centre of Dalyan.

Accessibility
Villa Jasville is a single storey villa however there are steps leading up to the front door and from the terrace to the pool area.
The area around the villa is very flat.
Outside
There are patio doors leading from the lounge and the double bedroom to the large wrap round terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to the stone-paved patio area around the kidney shaped pool and child/splash pool. The main pool is 40 feet in length.
The patio has padded sunloungers, small tables and parasols. There is also an outside shower close to the pool. A separate barbeque area has been constructed with built in BBQ, great for cooking the fresh fish that is readily available in town.
In one corner of the garden you will find a traditional hammock where you can relax looking out to the mountains.
The garden has lemon, orange and mardarine trees together with flowering shrubs.
