Master bedroom with kind size bed, remote controlled A/C, private balcony with uninterrupted mountain views and private en-suite bathroom, full size wardrobes, matching bedside cabinets with ajustable lamps. Black out blinds to all windows.
Bedeoom 2 - private eb-suite, two single beds, one of which can be turned into a double bed if needed, remote contraolled A/c, full size wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamps, black out blinds to all windows.
Both villas have hair electric straightners,electic curling tonges, electic rollers, hairdryers and an alarm clock if needed
Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has a private en-suite, with shower, WC, sink, both bathrooms are fully tiled and also have shaver points.
Kitchen:
The kitchen offers, full size cooker oven and hob plus extractor fan, full size frost free fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, electric smoothie maker, electric juicer, electric sandwich maker, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster, iron, all crockery for inside and alfresco dining and much more.
Living Rooms:
Beautiful large lounge that has patio doors, (with child safety gate) that open onto the terrace, garden and pool area, TV, CD, PS2, DVD, speaker system for ipod, mp3 or laptop. All linen and towels including beach towels are provided for you, the villa is cleaned weekly, but if you wish to change your linen before hand, please do, as the villa has plenty of extra linen. blankets are also provided during the winter months as is free heating.

Both villas are very child friendly with all doors fitted with child safety gates for added peace of mind.

The nearest airport is Dalaman and is 20 minutes by car to the villa, a car is NOT essential at the villa

Dalyan town centre is an easy 10 minute stroll (no hills) or the dolmus (bus) stops at the end of the lane, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to suite all tasts, the worls famous rock tombs can be seen from the marina, the mud baths are reached by a short boat ride.

Beach
Iztuzu beach is a beautiful 7 kilometres of golden sand, the sea gentle shelves and has a sandy bed, so is ideal for paddling and swimming in. The beach like Dalyan is a protected area; this is to protect the famous loggerhead turtles. No building, villas, hotels etc., is allowed near to the beach, the beach really is stunning and so peaceful and uncrowded. Sun beds and parasols are available at the beach there are also a couple of snack bars.
The journey to the beach through the Dalyan delta is truly amazing; the trip takes about 20 – 25 minutes and takes the route of where the “African Queen” was filmed. The wildlife and many species of birds is breathtaking, (binoculars are supplied at both villas) The beach can also be reached by dolmus (car) and takes about 20 minutes.

Both villas have beautiful well kept private walled gardens with automatic sprinkler watering systems, both villas have two private pools, hammocks, 2 at villa Lily, gazebo at Villa Lahana, both villas have outside table and chairs, cushioned sunbeds and pools side giant cushions and parasols. Both have brick built BBQ's and giant outdoor games, drafts, chess and dominos for extra enjoyment.
