The main building which was built in 1989 is a solid concrete house and encompasses 8 apartments. All of these apartments have 1 bed-room and 1 living-room. The villa which is a pre-fabricated house is in service since 2004 and consists of four studios. All apartments and studios have a kitchenette with tableware and cutlery All apartments have WC and shower and are equipped with air-conditioning and safety box.

Kitchen: All apartments and studios have a kitchenette equiped with freezer, fridge and hob. Tableware and cutlery provided is enough for four person in the apartments and for two persons in the studios.
Living Rooms: In the living-room there is a dining area and a convertible sofa which is big enough for 1 adult or 2 children.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service: The towels and linen are provided and get changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned once a week free of charge.
Sleeping capacity: The bedrooms have either French or twin beds. In the living-room there is a convertible sofa.
  Notes on accommodation:
Air- conditioning and safe-box are for extra charge, €5 and €2 respectively.
