Walk into the village and enjoy shopping, fine dining, year round ice skating, horse back riding in the summer, miniature golf, bungee jumping, mountain biking, white water rafting or incredible hikes. In the winter you can ski from the condo right to the lifts then ski home at the end of the day. Snowmobile or back country skiing tours will pick you up and return you to the lodge.

Description:
This ski in ski out unit is on the top floor of the Centennial Condominium Complex inside the gates of Beaver Creek. There is an elevator to whisk you to the top floor where you have amazing views of the mountains and overlooks the swimming pool.
The second floor features a large master bedroom with a king bed, 25" flat screen TV and private bath There is also a full size washer and dryer in a separate area off the master suite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin trundle bed allowing this room to sleep 4. The second bedroom also has a 20" flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR.
Bathrooms:
The master bath has an en-suite bathroom with an extra deep tub, separate shower with water closet and large vanity.
There is a large second bathroom in the hall that has a tub-shower, single vanity and changing area.
The third bathroom has a shower, w/c and vanity and is located on the first floor of the unit.
Kitchen:
A newly updated, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and large refrigerator is just off the dining room. Dishes, pots, pans, cook and eating utensils, blender, electric hand mixer, food processor, mixing bowls and glasses are all included.
Living Rooms:
On the main floor of this condo is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, portable stereo and a breakfast nook. With a 14 foot sofa with chaise lounge and queen sleeper there is plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day of activities. The dining room seats 10 and opens to the sunny deck with BBQ grill. Between the dining room and living room is a writing desk for doing work or connecting to the internet.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All linens and towels are included in the price. Daily / weekly maid service is available for an additional charge.
Utility room:
There is a laundry room within the master suite with a full size washer and separate dryer.

In the upstairs hall is a gaming / reading area. There is a selection of games and books to choose from. In the main lobby there is a large exchange library, public computer and fireplace.
Master suite has a king bed with 21" flat screen TV, large walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and sleeps 4. There is a large closet and en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms:
The master bath has a large tub, double vanity, separate shower and separate water closet.
The second bathroom has a large walk in shower, w/c and vanity.
The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo with w/c and vanity.
There is a 4th water closet in the hall.
Kitchen:
The gourmet kitchen has granite slab counter tops, stainless steal appliances, gas stove with oven, large refrigerator with ice & filtered water, electric hand mixer, blender, toaster, utensils, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, all new dishes and cook ware.
Living Rooms:
The living room has a 32” flat screen TV with cable, a gas fireplace, writing desk and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. Off the dining area is your private deck that over looks the Lower Bachelor Gulch Express chair lift, the Beaver Creek Golf Course and has views of Nottingham Lake in the town of Avon. There is a patio set for four and a small electric grill.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
Towels and linens are included in the price. There is no daily maid service available.
Utility room:
There is a laundry closet in the hall with new high capacity washer and separate dryer.
Other:
The main lobby has a game room with pool table, chess table, soccer table and fire place.

$800 refundable damage deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Rental agreement required. 50% of rent due 60 days prior to arrival. Remaining 50% due 15 days prior to arrival.

Fishing in the Eagle river is less than 2 miles. There are several companies that will take you fly fishing on the Colorado river.
Ski
Ski in / ski out at Beaver Creek. Vail Resort is 7 miles east.
Wine Tasting
There are several wine tasting events hosted by local companies throughout the year.
Accessibility
There is an elevator in the building however only stairs within the unit.
Outside
There is a deck overlooking the pool with a private gas BBQ grill. The swimming pool is outdoors,heated and shared. There is a shared hot tub off the pool.
