The master has a king bed, 20" flat screen TV, walk in closet and private bath. The "bunk room" has 2 twin bunk beds and private bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.
Bathrooms:
The master bath has a double vanity, deep tub, separate shower and W/C. The second bath has a vanity and shower. The third bath has a single vanity and tub / shower combination. The fourth bath is a simple W/C with vanity.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has granite counter tops, gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator and freezer with filtered water. There is a coffee maker, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, ice maker, pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, glass ware and stem ware.
Living Rooms:
The living room has a large sofa and chair. There is a writing desk in the corner, a 32" flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and the breakfast bar seats 4.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
Linens and towels provided.
Utility room:
There is a laundry closet in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with new high capacity washer and dryer.

There is a ski storage locker on the main level along with a fitness center and a game room in the lobby.
Travel
Eagle Airport (EGE) is 20 miles west. Denver Airport (DEN) is 100 miles east. There is no need for a car. The free shuttle will take you to the free Avon town shuttle or in the winter ride the gondola into town. The ECO bus will take you anywhere in the valley for $3 / person per way. Children under 18 ride free.

1/2 mile to the town of Avon.
Changeover day
Check in 3 pm. Check out 11 am. Dates are flexible.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area.
Fishing
1/2 mile to the Eagle river. There are several charter companies that will take you fly fishing on the Colorado River.
Ski
Ski in / Ski out at Beaver Creek. Vail is 7 miles east.
Accessibility
There is an elevator in the building.

There is a firepit outside facing the chair lift.
