Description:
All units are located in a single 5 story building (with elevator) on the West side of U.S. Highway 1, just past the drawbridge. All units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a sleep sofa in the living room and accommodate 4 persons. The bedroom is large, has a king size bed and could easily accommodate a crib. No pets are allowed. All units have a screened porch which looks out over the marina and Florida Bay. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven, dishes and silverware. There is cable TV and VCR in the living room and a second TV in the bedroom.
The resort has a pool, heated Jacuzzi, tennis court, shuffleboard, picnic area, gas grills, laundry facilities, a sun deck and dock facilities.
There is no beach at the resort but there are beaches throughout the Keys. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is about 5 miles to the South and has great facilities as well as tours of the living coral reef. All watersports are available in the Keys.
Miami is about 50 miles to the North and Key West is 107 miles South.
