This 1,000 square foot condo was remodeled and updated in 2007. Open gourmet kitchen with snack bar give a panoramic view throughout the living area. This penthouse condo is located on the fourth floor of Sunset Royale, which was also completely updated in 2007 making this location the place to be on Siesta Key. We are about relaxing, laid back, comfortable, easy going enjoyment. Our renters return again and again. It really doesn't get better than this.

Kitchen:	Gourmet kitchen with all herbs and spices provided. Dish washer, range with oven, large refrigerator, microwave, all kitchen utensils, flatware, dishes, wine glasses wall mounted rack with pots and pans for easy access. Four stool snack bar makes preparing an enjoyment with your family, friends or that special person right there with you.
Living Rooms:	36 inch TV, DVD, VCR, CD and custom Bose stereo system. DVD and CD library for your enjoyment. Very comfortable queen-size sofa in living room. Panoramic and unobstructed view of Siesta Key Beach and Gulf of Mexico. Luxury living while at the beach and 200 sq ft balcony gives you front row seats to this tropical paradise.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	Condo is completed supplied with all linens, sheets, towels including beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach supplies are in your condo. Condo is self catering, but you can order maid service on demand for an extra charge.
Utility room:	Washer and dryer in bedroom closet. Condo has central air and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom for your comfort. Plenty of closet space for what you bring or what you purchase to take back home.
