Our property is about 10 minutes from most destinations in the Sarasota area which has a vibrate art culture, fine dining, golf courses, water activities including fishing excursions and boat rentals.

We have four apartments in this building consisting of two 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor poolside units facing our outdoor heated pool, and two 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor apartments with private screened balconies.

These self catering units have satellite TV, VCR, free local calls, free long distance calls in the US and Canada, and Free wiresless internet service, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Our fully equipped kitchens are complete with necessary cooking utensils. Gas grill is located in the garden pool area. All units are supplied with fresh linens and towels with a complimentary laundry facility located on site.

Sarasota/Bradenton international airport is about a 12 mile drive from Siesta Holidays. Tampa International airport is 1 to 1.5 hours drive north.

Distances
Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key south village are on the island. Sarasota Mainland is just over the bridge!

Further details
Travelers can find almost everything they need right on the island for a beach stay. Public transportation is available for venturing into Sarasota.

Booking notes
Reservations can be made over the internet. A 25% deposit is required by mail with the balance due at arrival.

Changeover day
Only changeover day occurs in late February, March, and early April on Saturdays. The balance of the year reservations can be made for anytime.

Beach
Siesta Beach has been awarded third place again as one of the best beaches in America.

Golf
There are many golf courses in the area including one public course.

Fishing
Full service fishing charters and private boat rentals available nearby

Scuba Diving
We do recommend preferred licensed scuba providers. Snorkeling is popular at the Point or Rock area around the corner.
