PLEASE NOTE:
A 2 weeks minimum stay is required. No pets allowed. Sorry, no rental to guests under 25 years of age (except family with children).
A 25% deposit of the net rent is required to hold the apartment for you, and the balance is due at your arrival. The rental deposit is non-refundable
A security deposit or a valid Credit Card is also required at your arrival, to cover any abnormal breakage or other damage over and above normal wear and tear on the property. This will be refunded by mail (assuming, there is no damage), not later then 30 days after departure.

There are several very well known Golf courses within 30 minutes of LIGHTHOUSE TOWER.
Innisbrook is to the north about 25 minutes. One Internet page lists the following courses as being some of the best in the USA. All these are within 30 minutes or so of your apartment. From the Internet listing of the top 100 Golf courses in the US:
